Just a brief background, Chef Massimo was the Chef de Cuisine of Mi Piace when it was still open here in Peninsula. When it closed and was converted to Salon De Ning, Chef opened up his own restaurant which all my friends said, "DON'T BLOG ABOUT IT YET or else WE WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING A TABLE NEXT TIME!!"
