Oenophiles and gourmands will surely delight in MO's Wine & Spirits, 2010, a one night only wine and food fete that gathers the county's top wine dealers to showcase their premium collections on June 4 at the Mandarin Ballroom. The door opens at 7 pm.

The menu is prepared by Chef Rene Ottlik and his master chefs.

Cold Cut and cheese station

Jamon Serrano, parma ham, chorizo, morcilla, salami and aceitunas alinadas

Assorted cheeses, break sticks, grapes, mustard fruits, cherry mustard grapes and assorted breads.

Raclette

Raclette Cheese, boiled potatoes, cornichons and pearl onions

I am not about to type all the wines that they are offering for this evening because there's about hundred different kinds.

MO's resident wine expert, Mirko de Giorgi will personally be there to teach the amateurs how to enjoy the wide array of wines available throughout the evening. This is exactly what I need...to learn how to drink and keep my cool. I don't like it that after 5 sips, I am the DRUNKEN MASTER.

Live violin and saxophone jazz music and a chance to win exciting door prizes from MO and other donors complete this year's lifting experience.

Tickets to Mandarin Oriental's third annual wine event are available at the hotel's Lobby Shop at PHP2,200 nett and include entrance to this spectacular free flowing wine and food festival!
