Oh My Goodness Gucci!!!

It was my birthday gift to AG and then after he wore it for a few hours, this happens. Quality fail? I am sure it is real. How could this happen? Waahhh!!!

I don't know where you bought those slippers but if you are able to bring it back to the store, Gucci should be able to make it right for you because it doesn't make sense that those slippers will end up like that after just a few hours of wearing (the soles show they're quite new!). Good luck!

oh no, that happened to me with mt bag on the straps, just return it with the receipt i sure Gucci will be happy to exchange it due to the item being faulty.
