Gucci, FINE AND DANDY!

Gucci’s signature has always been a master class in craftsmanship. This year’s Fall Winter Accessories Collection of Gucci marks a striking return to more structured bags with a spectrum of exotic skins from crocodile, lizard, and ostrich assuming the color palette.
 
Featured in this collection is the debut of the Gucci’s new Bardot. First created in the year 1975, the new Bardot has a spur closure and is designed in a semi-oval shape. Also highlighted in the collection is the newly designed Jackie, it comes in a long detachable shoulder strap in a Nero petal calf leather with Paprike nappa tanne leather piping, or New Ottanio and Paprika saddle soft lux leather.

Gucci presents a series of new additions to their 1973 collection. The Gucci 1973 collections come in small shoulder bags with flap closure in Grape Glam, Winter Rose and Paprika Lizard skin leather. 

Gucci women can walk with poise and in style with their latest selection of Houston and Youma shoes. The new Houston high heel platform pumps can match any outfit for all occasions. Designed with an ankle strap and in python skin leather, it comes in a range of fierce dark colors from Malachite Green, Grape Glam, and Paprika. While the Youma high heels are made of kid scamosciato leather in Grey Sky.

In the Philippines, Gucci is exclusively distributed by Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI) and is located at Greenbelt 4, Ayala Center and Rustan’s Tower Shangri-La Plaza Mall.

The Kate Spade Collection, 2011.

To tell you frankly, although I wear a lot of black, I am in love with bright colors and Kate Spade has them all for their 2011 collection.

I took the liberty of "online shopping" for some chic friends of mine.

This belt would totally pop out from the black and white ensemble. Although the H belt is not bad at all either.

I love red. This bag would go well with what Jae is wearing.

This woman doesn't need anymore bags but if she were to wear a Kate Spade bag, I guess this would be the right one for her outfit.
These two ladies can wear this belt with their uber chic outfits.
Since Ria is already so tall, whenever she is not working, she wears flats. This pair of sandals will pick up the orange beads around her neck.
Pia and Clara love colors as much as I do. With their outfits in this pic, these Kate Spade pieces are a total match!
Janina pointed this bag out to me and her desire to own one. I guess if she had it already, she would have worn it with this outfit of hers.
Hot and sexy, Pops Fernandez would love this wallet, because the wallet is just like her.
Lucille is a certified shopaholic. I am sure this bag would be on her list of things to buy as soon as CJ gives her the go signal.
Peninsula girls, Steffie and Beliz have totally different looks but these bags speak their looks perfectly.
As for me, I am also a sucker for white, black and red combination, so this umbrella is mine oh mine.

RAOUL, The Collection.

Some were nice. The flowing dresses, backless tops, tight skirts and flower prints on soft material. Others, I found a bit out of place. The pants of the men were too short, it was awkward. Could have been a bit shorter for the cropped pants look but this was not so short, not long enough. Even Cedric says so and he has more fashion sense than me.

The fur coats? Hmmm, I never did get to ask if they were real. If they were, then PETA would not be happy. I think that for those who are rich enough to buy fur coats, they must already have a house in Europe, US or winter wonderland places. My friend NP has a house in LA and Greece. She said that all her fur coats are already there so as to avoid having to pack them up whenever she travels. I think that's smart and logical. So to actually sell and wear them here in Manila might be a mistake. It never gets THAT cold here, even in December. But anyway, I guess SSI know exactly what they are doing. After all, they are the gazillionaires.

I always knew what it was but now that I looked it up, I confirm that this is always the guest list when there's an SSI event. The Zobel's, Huang's, Tantoco's, Concepcion's, and many more. And then, there's me and my dates, Steffie and Cedric.

Steffie can't stop working. It was her account and even if she has all her dudes working hard, she is always on the run making sure the GM and his lovely wife are comfortable. She reminds me a lot of "Emily" in the Devil Wears Prada. Here she is with MK.

Cedric is event hungry. He is only here for a few more weeks and he loves seeing old friends who happen to be in the fashion industry. He has been my constant date since I met him. Thanks to chuvaness who introduced us to each other. I like Cedric. He is bastos like me.
