Iza's Bali Bridal Shower.

I was cleaning up my photos in my phone when I chanced upon a series of shots that I have when we were in Bali for Iza Calzado's bridal shower last October. I can't believe that I haven't shared with you the fun we all had. So forgive me that this is a year late.

Thanks to Sweetescape.com for the super fun shoot!

 We took the plunge!

Noku Beach House also hosted us for dinner and I must say that this place is one of the best places you can stay in Bali.

I'd show you more photos but I believe what happens in Bali stays in Bali.

Can't believe how fast time flies. Missing the #izawannadancewithsomebody crew.

Two Thumbs Up for Two Seasons.

Two weeks after my Boracay trip (blog post soon), I was invited by Carla to go with them to Coron. I have always wanted to stay in Two Seasons and this was the perfect end to summer. Good friends, beach and a 5 star resort to go with it.

The hotel staff informed us that they have 100 people booked but the beauty of this resort is that you don't see any of them anywhere. It seemed like we were all alone. The only time we would bump into other guests is during breakfast.

Important lesson, DO NOT DO A SELFIE next to Carla. I look like a blimp.

Day 2 was island hopping.

Our awesome tour guide Donell is also a great photographer.

Thank you Carla for the wonderful weekend!

Canton Road for Valerie.

Ever since Canton Road in Shangri-la at the Fort opened, I have not heard too many good reviews about it so I haven't made an effort to dine there or to bring the Dizon clan over.

When Val told me that she was going to celebrate her birthday dinner there and was asking me for help with the menu, I told her that I couldn't assist because I have never tried the restaurant.

When we got there, the place is quite beautiful. We were situated in a private room where we can make all sorts of green jokes.

We had about 9-10 dishes and I can honestly say that it isn't bad at all. Since it was pre-ordered, we were served quite quickly but I wish it came out hotter.

Found the pork too sweet. Too much sugar that when it got cold, the pork stuck to the plate like it was glued.

This was delicious, I just hope there's a better way to make it look less scary.

Overall, I must say that I wasn't disappointed. But as always, the company is always the best part.
Thank you Valerie for having me. Happy Birthday! Love you.
