Toby's Estate in Manila!

In the last few years, there has been a shift in consumer behaviour in coffee. People are now more discerning and are looking for quality in their coffee. Over the years the 3rd wave coffee movement has slowly taken hold of coffee fans from around the world and is now synonymous with high quality coffee. One of the pioneers of the 3rd Wave Coffee Movement is Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters from Australia. The brand is finally in Manila and they are about to change the way we drink our coffee. 

Toby's Estate was founded by Toby Smith who left his career as a lawyer to follow his passion for coffee. He is now a leading roaster, barista and coffee authority in Australia. He has travelled around the world and lived in communities where farmers produce coffee. While living in these communities Toby Smith experienced firsthand how dedicated the farmers are to the quest of growing exquisite coffee. Inspired from that experience, he came back to Australia to work on perfecting the art and science of roasting coffee. Manila will now benefit from Toby Smith's experience and will usher a whole new age in coffee drinking. Toby’s Estate cafe at V Corporate Center will be a bright, airy and welcoming space that will wake up this quiet little corner in Salcedo Village. The vision is that the cafe be a place people will be drawn to and eventually become a hub for the local community.

They also have an All Day Breakfast Menu. I have yet to try other dishes but this is what my friends and I had when we tried it out for the first time. 

This is not on the menu but just explain it to the waiter and I am sure he will get it right.

Toby’s Estate is now open at the V Corporate Center, LP Leviste St., Salcedo Village, Makati City. The Toby’s Estate coffee bar is also located at the 3rd floor of Century City Mall, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
